Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jainagar Police Station Case No. 71 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased, let petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Jainagar Police
