The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 145 of 2011 registered under Sections 328.302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that prior to this case, on the basis of the statement of the petitioner, U.D. case was lodged. Thereafter, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion by the informant. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
