JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,149,341,323 and 436/504 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of setting the residential house of the informant on fire and assaulting the wife and daughter of the informant.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10832 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled, there is counter version of the occurrence also and the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Plasi P.S. Case no. 251 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM Ist Class, Araria.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
