Petitioner is accused in connection with Barsoi (Sudhani) P.S. Case No. 232 of 2018 registered under Sections 363/365/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C., it appears that the petitioner and the victim girl with her consent were residing at Delhi and when they were informed about the present case, they left the place. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of
