The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30/30 (a), 38 (1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten
