In brief, the grievance of the appellant is that the learned trial court acquitted the respondent no.2 of the charges of Sections 307 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code, whereas convicted the respondent no.3 under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code but from perusal of the impugned Judgment, we do not find any perversity and illegality in the impugned Judgment and, therefore, we are of the view

3. Accordingly, this criminal appeal stands dismissed on the admission stage itself.
