Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the first information report has been lodged against unknown. Petitioner has been implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
