JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-10-2021 Learned counsel submits that since rejection of petitioner's prayer for bail earlier, under order dated 27.9.2019, considerable time has lapsed. There is no progress at the trial. Raising these issues he would approach the Court concerned to renew his prayer for bail, and this Court may observe that the same be considered on its merits.

The Court would observe that such observation is not required, as it goes without saying that prayer has to be considered on its merits.

Application is disposed of.
