JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Bandhu Kurba P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant with stick and also torn her blouse and unwrapped her saree. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that save and except section 354(B), all the alleged sections are bailable. There is no reason mentioned in the F.I.R. that why this occurrence took place. The informant is 45 years old lady. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. In fact, there is land dispute between the parties. Charge-sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 80 of 2018.
