JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that petitioners were caught on the spot while they were trying to flee after committing dacoity in the house of the informant, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail.
