JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 344 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 283, 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking note of the accusation levelled against the petitioners as well as this aspect of the matter that having similar allegation, co-accused have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1430 of 2015, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of

No.6613 of 2015 (2) dt.19-02-2015 receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in Hilsa P.S. Case No. 344 of 2014 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
