JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being father of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after six-seven years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has subsequently retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. It is further submitted that the mother and sister of the husband of the victim have been granted anticipatory bail vide

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13626 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 2546 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 9 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
