====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 08.01.2024 at about 5:30 PM, due to land dispute, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners caused hurt on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41184 of 2024(3) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 head of informant by rod and during this course, they took out Rs. 6,000/- from his pocket.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Injuries allegedly caused by these petitioners are simple in nature. Case and counter case.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and simple injuries, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Banka in connection with Barahat P. S. Case No. 07 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
