2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 380, 452, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is allegation of assault against these petitioners but the doctor found simple injuries. There is case and counter case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State as well as the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41730 of 2024(2) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Gopalpur Police Station Case No. 197 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
