In the present writ petition filed under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the F.I.R. of Vigilance P. S. Case no. 02 of 2015 dated 14.1.2015 registered under Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(e) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

The allegations made in the F.I.R. do not attract the ingredients of the offence alleged.
