Learned counsel for the petitioner assails the transfer order on grounds that it is in contravention of the guidelines issued by the State which fixes particular months for transfer as well as on grounds that the wife of the petitioner is posted at Dhaka. It is not in dispute that the petitioner has continued on the post for over 3 years and requires transfer. The writ petition is dismissed.
