This is an application seeking extension of time to avail the privilege granted to the petitioner on 21/07/2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 6940 of 2014 in connection with Complaint Case No. 930 of 2013 pending before Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in order to make the delay and the loss caused to opposite party no. 2 good in lieu of such extension ready to pay a sum of Rs. 1,500/- per month to opposite party no. 2 in place of Rs. 1,000/- as mentioned in paragraph no. 4 of the order aforementioned and also ready to deposit Rs. 8,000/- with District Legal Services Authority, Siwan.

In view of the above, as prayed for, subject to fulfilment of submissions made above, the period to avail the liberty is extended till 18th February, 2015.
