1. During the course of arguments, the Learned counsel for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the order dated 03.02.2020 passed by the Division Bench of the Calcutta High Court in FMA 426 of 2020 (FMAT 1759 of 1993) with CAN 899 of 2008 and CAN 1008 of 2008, titled The Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Bihar State Sugar Corporation

Patna High Court CWJC No.18429 of 2018(4) dt.31-07-2025 2/2 Limited vs. Netaji Industrial Works and Others, wherein it is noted that the petitioner has purchased the property from Netaji Industrial Works.

2. After going through the said said order copy, the Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he intends to withdraw the Writ petition with liberty to avail his remedy before the appropriate forum.

3. Liberty is granted to pursue the remedy.

4. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
