2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 1356 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 22(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

4. As per the prosecution case 2.96 grams of brown sugar has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery of brown sugar is less than the small quantity.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that is petitioner is innocent and he has no criminal antecedents.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2022.

8. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

9. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

10. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S.
