2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the L.N. Mithila University on 16.02.2018 after service of copy of the same on learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the State. In the same, detailed head-wise payment made to the petitioner has been shown. There is no rejoinder to the same.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the Court can only presume

Patna High Court CWJC No.15020 of 2017 dt.22-06-2018 2/2 that all admitted dues of the petitioner has been paid. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.

4. However, as has been prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, he shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the University within four weeks from today, if he finds that any amount has remained unpaid.
