The petitioner has filed Mutation Cancellation Appeal No.21 of 2016 before the Collector, Patna against the order passed by Additional Collector, Patna in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No.88/2014-15 but the Collector is sitting over the matter and Mutation appeal of the petitioner bearing no.21/2016 is pending for more than one and half years.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I direct the Collector, Patna to hear the petitioner and all the concerned parties and dispose of the Jamabandi Appeal No. 21 of 2016 filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17745 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of this order.
