The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mufassil P.S.Case No.334 of 2018 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Munger registered for an offence under Sections 121, 379, 414 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 25(1-b)/25 (1-aa), 25(1-b)a/26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 39 of the UAP Act.

As per self statement of the Police Inspector, informant, petitioner and other accused persons were allegedly found involved in the manufacture as well as trade of sophisticated arms and ammunitions in huge quantity. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41405 of 2019(4) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 submits that the petitioner is a housewife and has nothing to do with the trade of illegal arms.

In view of the fact that on the basis of the self statement of the informant, this petitioner was arrested and on her confessional statement, one bag containing two A.K.47 rifles were recovered as well as the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
