JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-03-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of the order contained in memo no. 323 dated 24.08.2016 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Masaurhi, Patna by which the PDS licence of the petitioner being licence no. 218/2007 has been suspended in contravention of Clause 28 of the Targeted Public Distribution System Order, 2016.

2. Mr. D.N. Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition as the suspension of licence of the petitioner has been revoked and supplies have been restored.

3. Permission is accorded. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed.
