The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 554 of 2014 registered under Sections 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
According to the prosecution case, the petitioners are alleged to have dragged the son of the informant from his house and locked him in a room. Thereafter, he was shot dead. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
