The petitioners seek bail in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 139 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioners have not been named in the F.I.R and they have never demanded any dowry. The petitioner are women and they are languishing in judicial custody since14.02.2019.
