The petitioner seeks bail in Trial No. 2131 of 2020, arising out of Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 624 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., three unknown miscreants entered in the premises of Sri Ram Transport Finance and on the point of pistol, looted cash of Rs. 17,62,730/-.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation on the basis of his confessional statement, which was recorded in Kanti P.S. Case No. 769 of 2019. No looted article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he has been put on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48253 of 2021(3) dt.07-01-2022 2/2 T.I.P. till date. Petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2019. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Trial No. 2131 of 2020, arising out of Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 624 of 2019.
