2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parsa P.S Case No.202 of 2022, registered for the offences u/s 379 and other allied Sections of the IPC and 27 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial MagistrateIXth, Chapra.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is disposed of.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail,
