JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Gaya for redressal of his grievances.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition before the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Gaya for redressal of his grievance and in case such a petition is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the authority shall consider the case of the petitioner on merits without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
