JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, he is permitted to file a representation with regard to his grievance pertaining to non-grant of A.C.P. and the concerned authority should be directed to dispose of the same within a specified period. Accordingly, I direct that the petitioner may file a representation with regard to his aforesaid grievance within a period of four weeks from today before the respondent no. 2 and the respondent no. 2 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
