The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bihar P.S. Case No. 587 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Raushan Kumar. Save and except the disclosure made in confessional statement by co-accused there is nothing incriminating against the petitioner which indicate the complicity of petitioner in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.37456 of 2019(3) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Bihar P.S.
