JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 407, 408, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner took the passbook of the informant for getting it updated but subsequently three forged cheques of `7,00,000/-, `5,00,000-, and `3,87,736/- against the account of the informant were issued which got bounced. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's wife is the proprietor of a construction company namely M/s Tirupati Traders who supplied the construction material to the complainant against which `8 lacs were paid through two cheques and for remaining payment of `15 lacs, three cheques were issued which got dishonoured for which wife of the

Considering the nature of accusation and the complaint case filed by the petitioner's side at earlier point of time, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahmpura P.S.
