The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to restore electric connection in the 1st Floor of the Residential House No. 117 SBI Officers' Colony, Behind Gayatry Mandir, Lohia Nagar, Kankarbagh, Patna which was disconnected on account of electricity dues of Rs. 11,392/-.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner makes statement on instructions that the petitioner is prepared to pay the electricity dues
Patna High Court CWJC No.17843 of 2017 dt.08-01-2018 2/2 in respect of 1st Floor of Residential House No. 117 SBI Officers' Colony, Behind Gayatry Mandir, Lohia Nagar, Kankarbagh, Patna as aforesaid without demur.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent-South Bihar Power Distribution Company appears and has been heard.
4. In the above view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with consent of the parties, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Executive Engineer, Electricity Supply Division, Kankarbagh, Patna (respondent no. 4) and make payment of the electric dues. Upon such dues being paid to the satisfaction of the respondent-South Bihar Power Distribution Company, electric connection shall be restored to the premises of 1st Floor of Residential House No. 117 SBI Officers' Colony, Behind Gayatry Mandir, Lohia Nagar, Kankarbagh, Patna within a period of 24 hours.
