JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-06-2019 Heard Sri Jai Prakash Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 12.02.2019 as stated in paragraph 13 of the petition in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 399, 402, 414, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 and Section 25 (1-b)a /25 (1-aa)/ 26/ 35 of the Arms Act, 1959 , has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he was falsely implicated in the case on an allegation of recovery of two 0.315 bore live cartridges from his possession and it was alleged that petitioner was one of the members who were assembled for committing dacoity.
