2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 18 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 366 A of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The petitioner is said to have committed rape upon the victim and the victim is also a minor and in the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., she has also supported the allegations levelled against the petitioner.

5. In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
