2. The present application has been preferred for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the contemnors opposite parties for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 18.12.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2441 of 2017 by a coordinate bench of this Court.

3. The last show cause of opposite parties no. 4 to 8 is on record and after providing all the details/Annexures of payment and in paragraph-22, it has been submitted that the Department has complied the order of the High Court.

4. Believing the words of the State that the order of the High Court has been complied, the MJC No. 1395 of 2018 stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter, if any grievance is still pending.
