The present contempt application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties, for willful and deliberate disobedience of the judgment dated 30-09-2024, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15010 of 2024.

From the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party Nos. 2 to 5, it appears that in compliance of the aforesaid

Patna High Court MJC No.1981 of 2025(3) dt.09-01-2026 2/2 judgment, the Circle Officer, Mokama has considered the petitioner's application, obtained the requisite report from the Revenue Karmachari and thereafter rectified the Jamabandi, reflecting the correct area in Jamabandi Nos. 676 and 728. Relevant documents have been brought on record, which is annexed in the show-cause.

In view of the above, this Court is satisfied that the judgment dated 30.09.2024 has been duly complied with. 5.
