The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case no. 320/14, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 436, 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that all the accused persons brutally assaulted his son Kari Sada and when Kari Sada tried to flee away Ramdev Yadav made firing caused injury to Kari Sada. It is further alleged that all the accused persons went to the house of the informant and set it ablaze.

It appears that the petitioner and others not only assaulted the son of the informant but also set the house ablaze.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14973 of 2015 (2) dt.12-05-2015 2/2 Having considered the fact aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
