JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420,120B and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner appears to be right in his submission that civil dispute between the parties is the reason behind the institution of the complaint case on the basis of which the concerned Madhepura P.S. Case No. 589 of 2014 came to be registered.

In view of the submissions as above and in view of the fact that the petitioner had no criminal antecedent as stated in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12862 of 2015 (3) dt.30-07-2015 paragraph 3 of the application, let petitioner above named in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in Madhepura P.S. Case No. 589 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
