2. The petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2022 in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 507 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. There is recovery of 60 litres of countrymade wine from e-rickshaw. The Petitioner has four antecedents of similar nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the name of petitioner transpired during the course of investigation and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery of liquor.

5. However, learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Excise Court No.1, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 507 of 2022.

7. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Jamui Police Station on the 1st Sunday of each month. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
