The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 201 of 2020, dated 25.03.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36021 of 2020(2) dt.05-04-2021 2/3 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have assaulted the members of the prosecution party. The petitioner No. 1 is the own brother of the informant and because of the families of two brothers living under the same roof, an occurrence took place in which the members of the family fought amongst each other.

The injuries received by the victims are all simple in nature.

Considering the relationship between the parties, the background facts as well as the nature of accusation, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 201 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36021 of 2020(2) dt.05-04-2021 3/3 Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
