04. 02.09.2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.

Be that as it may, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 24.04.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Complaint Case No. 897 of 2013 pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Sitamarhi, Sitamarhi.

However, a sum of Rs. 750/- shall be increased to Rs. 2,500/- per month to be paid in favour of the Complainant by the Petitioner.
