2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"(i) The present application has been filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/order or direction commanding the respondent No. 3 and 4 to lodge a proper F.I.R. against the respondent No. 5 and 6 for committing criminal offences against the petitioner.

(ii) Respondent No. 3 and 4 be directed to institute proper criminal Cases against the respondent No. 5 and 6 for the criminal. Offences committed by them against the petitioner on the basis of written complaint dated. 31.12.2022. (iii) Respondent No. 2 be directed to

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1263 of 2023(2) dt.16-06-2025 2/2 get the blocked made by respondent No. 5 and 6 with bamboos on the exit of petitioner's house removed.

(iv) Respondent authorities be directed to institute proper case and initiate appropriate proceedings against Respondent No. 5 and 6."

3. The petitioner has an alternative remedy of approaching the Superintendent of Police under Section 175(3) of the BNSS, 2023 for lodging of FIR and filing a complaint. It is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps, in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, this application stands disposed of.
