JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. The present petition has been filed for initiation of a contempt proceeding for willful disobedience of the order dated 19.04.2019 passed in CWJC No. 4369 of 2016.

Having regard to the fact that the District Programme

Patna High Court MJC No.3408 of 2018(6) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 Officer (Establishment), Vaishali has taken a decision on 23.03.2019 (Annexure-A to the show cause), no further indulgence is called for in the matter.

However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the decision of the opposite parties in accordance with law in appropriate forum.

The present petition stands disposed of.
