2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 110 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by unknown criminals. The involvement of the petitioner has come in the C.C.T.V. footage, which has captured the face of the petitioner and the name of the petitioner has also come in the self inculpatory statement of one co-accused.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
