No.2957 of 2008 the appellate authority has passed a reasoned order. The order only prescribes to hear and pass the appropriate order.
In view of the fact that the appellate authority has already passed the order there is no need to keep this matter pending. Accordingly this proceeding is dropped with a liberty to the petitioner, if so advised, to challenge the order of the appellate authority.
