2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 96 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the present case is lodged against unknown persons alleging that informant's sister had gone to Sarai on 01.02.2025 and she called her mother and father and told them that she will not come to the house and thereafter her mobile was switched off.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

6. From perusal of records, it appears that the informant and the petitioner were in a relationship. They have got married and are staying together.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court below in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025.
