31-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, who is husband, apprehends his arrest in relation to Govindganj (Areraj) P.S. Case No. 254 of 2015 arising out of Complaint Case No. C1689 of 2015 registered under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code by his wife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that, from the First Information Report itself, it is apparent that petitioner's marriage took place long back, and only reason for filing the First Information Report is an alleged extra marital affairs of the petitioner. Be that as it may, in the event of his

Case No. 254 of 2015 arising out of Complaint Case No. C-1689 of 2015, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
