Undisputedly, during the pendency of the present petition, the process for selection and appointment of the dealer stands cancelled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner alleges that the endeavour is only to defeat the petitioner's right inasmuch as thrice the process was cancelled.

Be that as it may, insofar as the present petition is concerned, it has become infructuous.

As such, the petition is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings, if so required and desired, assailing the subsequent action taken by the respondents.

Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
