2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69634 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the stipulated time after passing of the order granting anticipatory bail on 07.01.2019. The petitioner developed back pain and was medically advised bed rest for eight weeks.

4. For the reasons stated above, time for surrender and furnishing bail bond in terms of the order dated 07.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69634 of 2018 is hereby extended by a period of four weeks from today.
