This writ application is for issuance of a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 23.12.2011 passed by the District Education Officer, Chapra, Saran, being illegal, arbitrary, inoperative, perfunctory, malafide and without jurisdiction against the provision of Bihar Pension rules and government orders in this regard and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India.
Patna High Court CWJC No.5272 of 2012 (4) dt.09-11-2016 2/2 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and the learned counsel for the Accountant General.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ application in order to file a suit before a court of competent jurisdiction for redressal of her grievance.
Leave is granted.
The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
